ValueWanderer has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of financial fraud. Any fraudulent activity detected will be fully investigated, recorded, and reported. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be immediately closed, and any remaining funds will be frozen.

Documents Required

When depositing funds into your ValueWanderer trading account, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

• A copy of the payment card used for the deposit (front side showing the last 4 digits only, and the reverse side with CVV code covered)
  
  
• A recent utility bill showing your full name and residential address

When Do You Need To Provide These Documents?

You must submit the required verification documents before requesting a withdrawal from your ValueWanderer trading account.

In certain situations, ValueWanderer may request these documents before approving deposits, trades, or any other activity on your account for security reasons.

Failure to provide the necessary documents will result in withdrawal requests being cancelled, and funds returned to your trading account. In such cases, we will notify you via your account’s internal messaging system.
